A Quran academy built for families living far from a masjid, a madrasah or a qualified teacher.
eQuran Online began with a simple observation: thousands of Muslim families outside the Muslim world want their children to read the Quran properly, and cannot find a qualified teacher within a reasonable distance of their home. Weekend madrasahs are often overcrowded, run at inconvenient times, and cannot give one child the individual attention they need.
We built an academy around the opposite model. Every class is one-to-one. Every class happens at a time the family chose. And every tutor is a qualified Hafiz or Alim with the training to teach students who do not speak Arabic as a first language — which is a genuinely different skill from simply knowing the Quran well.
Today we teach students across the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe and the Gulf, from four-year-olds beginning the Arabic alphabet to adults completing Hifz decades after they first intended to start.
Being a Hafiz is the starting requirement, not the qualification. Every tutor who joins us goes through a recitation assessment, a Tajweed examination, a teaching demonstration with a real student, and a background check. We look hardest at patience — the ability to correct the same letter for the twentieth time without a trace of frustration in the voice.
One-to-one class, no card details, cancel any time.
A student who feels embarrassed stops learning. Our tutors correct gently, repeat endlessly, and never make anyone feel slow.
No registration fees, no hidden charges, no contracts. You pay monthly and can leave whenever you wish.
Background-checked tutors, classes parents can sit in on at any time, and female teachers available on request.
Written records after every class and a monthly report, so you can see movement rather than assume it.
Tutors teach around the clock so the class fits your family’s week, not the other way round.
A coordinator on WhatsApp who answers quickly, whether it is a reschedule or a concern about progress.
Families across more than fifty countries have studied with our tutors since 2017.
