The terms on which we provide classes, and what you can expect from us.

eQuran Online provides live, one-to-one online Quran and Islamic studies classes delivered by qualified tutors over video call. Classes are scheduled by agreement between the student and the academy.
New students are offered a free trial period of up to one week. No payment details are required for the trial and enrolment is never automatic. Continuing after the trial is entirely your decision.
Tuition is charged monthly in advance at the rate agreed when you enrol. Published prices are per student. There is no registration fee and no charge for course materials. Fees are not affected by public holidays.
Please give your tutor or coordinator notice if you cannot attend a class, and it will be rescheduled at no cost. Classes missed without notice on more than a few occasions in a month may not be recoverable, as the tutor’s time is reserved for you.
You may change your plan, change your tutor or cancel entirely at any time by telling your coordinator. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect from the end of the month already paid for.
If classes are not delivered for a reason within our control, the affected classes are either rescheduled or refunded, whichever you prefer. Fees for classes already delivered are not refundable.
We expect mutual respect between students, parents and tutors. We reserve the right to end classes without refund in cases of abusive conduct toward a member of our teaching or support team.
Neither party may record a class without the express consent of the other. Parents are always welcome to be present during a child’s class.
We may update these terms from time to time. Enrolled students will be notified of any material change before it takes effect.
