eQuran Online is an online Quran academy operating from Office No 29, 1st Floor Top City Plaza, Haripur, KPK, Pakistan, PO 22690. This policy explains what we do with the personal information you give us through this website.
When you submit a free trial or contact form we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the course you are interested in, the number of students, and any message you write. Our web server also records the IP address of the submission and the page it came from, which we use to identify spam.
We use this information only to contact you about your enquiry, arrange your classes, and provide the service you asked for. If you enrol, we keep a record of your classes and progress so that your tutor and coordinator can do their jobs. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We advertise on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. These platforms may set cookies in your browser to measure whether an advert led to an enquiry. We also use analytics tools to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use this site.
Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are deleted within twelve months. Records for enrolled students are kept for as long as the student studies with us and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@equran.online and we will respond within thirty days.
Many of our students are children. We only accept enrolment details from a parent or guardian, and all communication about a child’s classes goes to the parent.
